Too many people think it’s a given that, after 40, 50, or 60 years of age, you’re just gonna go downhill and there’s nothing you can do about it. Stephen was a yo-yo dieter and yo-yo fitnesser (like so many of us are) for more than 40 years before he finally decided to look for new solutions. He went through our Vitamin program and learned to love his body again so he could get really strong. Now, at 65, he’s doing things with his body most 30-year-olds can’t do.
