CORONAVIRUS REMEDIES

A friend of mine is recovering from COVID-19. While he was in midst of his recovery, when he was still a bit sick, he gave me a list of the things he was doing to get better. In this video I mention a variety of his symptoms and all of the things he did to nurse himself back to health.

My initial and later symptoms:
Headache
Nausea
Reoccurring fevers
Body aches
Dizziness
Chest pains
No appetite
Major dehydration

What I did:
Drank a lot of teas w/ Raw Manuka Honey
Room Temperature Water
Organize juice
Took 500mg vitamin C (2x a day)
Black seed oil (tablespoon every morning after drinking water)
Vegan D3
Activated Charcoal (2 capsules a day after eating)
V8 Vegetable Juice
Warm showers
Sweat out the sickness at night
I sucked on a lot of lime/lemon
Ate Oranges as well (be careful the acid may upset your stomach)
Ate raw garlic and ginger (You can put these in your teas)
I made green smoothies consisting of:
Kale
Celery
Banana
Ginger/garlic
Water
Manuka honey
I put orange peels and lemon peels with crushed garlic in a medium size pot and boiled with water. After, I would make a tent with a towel over the pot and breathe in the steam.
I adopted the Wim Hof breathing technique: I would inhale through my nose and exhale through my mouth for 7-10 mins before heading to bed.
