How To Make Elderberry Lollipops | DIY Elderberry Lollipops | Immune Boosting Elderberry Syrup
Elderberry syrup is loaded with immune boosting properties and supplementing with elderberry in the winter months can be very helpful for reducing your chances of catching the flu and if you do catch the flu, it can reduce the severity of your symptoms as well as reduce the amount of time you are sick by as much as 3-4 days. My unique recipe also includes two more super immune boosters that are very good for boosting immunity. Vitamin d3 is necessary when we are not exposed to the sun as much in the winter and probiotics help with gut flora and overall immune wellness.

How to make Elderberry Lollipops:
1/4 C Filtered Water
1/4 C Organic Elderberry Syrup –
1/2 C Raw Honey –
Silicone lollipop molds –
Optional Add Ins-
Vitamin D3 –
Probiotics – I used the Young Living kind in this video, if you need help getting an account, shoot me an email lifemoreabundantblog4@gmail.com and I can get you set up. My second favorite probiotic is this one –
Combine water, honey and elderberry syrup in a saucepan on medium heat. Stir frequently until mixture reaches 300* F or hard crack stage. Once the mixture is at 300*, sprinkle probiotics into the molds, then scoop elderberry mix into the molds, add 1 drop of vitamin D3 to each lollipop and sprinkle with a little more probiotic. Allow them to rest completely flat at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
Then you can pop them out of their molds and the elderberry lollipops are ready to eat.
Make sure you consult your pediatrician before giving your kids any supplements. Every child is different.
