Quick Kale Salad!

Decided to share what I like to eat on a daily basis. Below is the ingredients. It’s an easy kale salad which you can add chicken, quinoa and you can have it as a main or side.

Kale- Powerful antioxidant, kaempferol, vitamin C and K, lowers cholesterol.

Bell Peppers- Many vitamins, antioxidants, vitamin C.

Red onions- Nutrients, low calorie, high in minerals and vitamins.

Tomatoes- Antioxidant lycopene, Vitamin C and K, folate.

Lemon- Reduce blood pressure, cancer prevention, weight loss, boost immune system.

Himalayan salt- Improves digestion, regulates blood sugar, contains 80 minerals and elements, boosts energy and many more.

Black pepper- Antioxidants, anti-inflammatory properties.

Pomegranate- many nutrients, anti-inflammatory, medicinal properties.

Sumac- Antioxidants, decreases cholesterol level, low blood sugar, relief from muscle pain.

Olive oil- Anti inflammatory, healthy fats, improves digestive system, stabilize blood sugar levels.

Cucumber- Nutrients, low calorie, high in minerals and vitamins, promotes hydration.
