Hey, everyone! The coronavirus has everyone scared right now and people are doing some pretty crazy things to try and prepare. Today I am talking about how to boost your immune system in the face of COVID-19. There are a few simple things that you can do to prepare your immune system to deal with this virus. None of these things are guaranteed to make you not get coronavirus nor can they help cure you from it, but they could help you be healthier so that it is less likely to happen.
