COVID-19 is a new disease and there is limited information regarding risk factors for severe disease. Based on currently available information and clinical expertise, older adults and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions might be at higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19.

We know the coronavirus attacks a weak immune system. That’s it’s strength and your weakness. So, what could you do to help strengthen your weakness?

Vitamin D might be one of the things that you can take. If you have a pre-existing health problem, and you already have a weak immune system, you may want to do some things to help strengthen your immune system.

It’s possible that 70-80% of the population has a deficiency of vitamin D or insufficiency of vitamin D.

Vitamin D is actually a vitamin and a hormone, which can be made in the body. Vitamin D regulates the amount of other important minerals in our body such as calcium and phosphate, both needed for healthy bones, teeth and muscles.
