I’m happy to be joined by Doctor John Campbell, a UK-based Independent Health Analyst, a medical professional who has been following the outbreak very closely since the start.
John, can you tell us more about the coronavirus — it’s from the same family of viruses as SARS and MERS –considering how fast this coronavirus is spreading compared to those, are people right to be very concerned?
Researchers have shown that the coronavirus can pass via human-to-human transmission. How can people protect themselves and their families?
How dangerous is coronavirus if you do contract it? Are there more vulnerable members of society — very young or old people — or those with pre-existing health conditions that we should be especially concerned about?
There has been a lot of talk that a vaccine is months, if not years away. Asking you to look into your crystal ball for a moment, in say 3 months from now — is this is going to be much bigger than now… or yesterday’s news?
