Starvation Diet Made Me Weak | Weight loss Motivation

Diva also knew as fit doc started her fitness journey because she was extremely conscious about her weight and when she gained 11 kg she decided to go on a starvation diet she did lose 11kg and more but she fell into the trap of bad illness and body. She was diagnosed by osteoporosis which a problem where your bones become weak as your body lack calcium and vitamin d3. She was also going through anemia PCOD.

While treating herself to be fit again she released this is not fitness, you cant be fit with a weak body. One of her friends inspired her to get into weight training and suggested her to build some muscle mass.

Her biggest challenge was that her body was so weak that she couldn’t lift 2.5kg dumble or she cant put a 5kg bar on her shoulder to do squats. When she saw herself in this state she was devastated and she decided to build her strength and she dedicated herself to weight lifting.

She was able to gain some lean muscle mass and she was enjoying her new body. The fit doc says to all the females that please start working and do weight training to be better and her Quote “HOT”.

She manages her time very well her work, workout and daily routines are manages timely. She likes to prep her meal in the morning itself so that she can have a balanced diet all day long.

Her 2 advice to all the females out there are
1) Don’t Fear weights.
2) Stress causes a lot of hormonal issues to please workout play sports dance do something to get that stress out to protect yourself from PCOD, irregular mensuration cycle, and other hormonal issues.
