In todays video I shared Vitamin C Smoothie Recipe.I absolutely love the ingredients in it 🙂 and love the fact that its dairy Free, Gluten Free and sugar free.

Smoothies are everything, literally. I drink them all the time. Smoothies are a great way to get a serving of fruits and vegetable in at the start of the day. I always share smoothies over my instagram and you guys love it so I thought of doing a 30 days smoothie challange where I will sharing healthy vegan smotthies for the next 30 days. All the recpies will be sugar free, gluten free and dairy free so its really all balanced and good for you.
Todays is Day 3 and todays smoothie is : Kale Spinach Apple smoothie which is best for cleansing the body of toxins and rejuvenating your systems

RECIPE:

Goji berry powder – 1 tbsp
Carrot – 1/2 cup
Pineapple – 1/2 cup
Orange – 1/2 cup
Hemp Hearts – 1 tbsp
Coconut water – as needed

Oranges* are primarily made up of carbs and water. They rank low on the glycemic index, so they should not cause large spikes in blood sugar levels. Oranges are a good source of fiber, which may promote digestive health.

Pineapples* are packed with a variety of vitamins and minerals. They are especially rich in vitamin C and manganese. Pineapples are a good source of antioxidants, which may reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes and certain cancers.

Carrots* are a great source of many plant compounds, especially carotenoids, such as beta-carotene and lutein. Carrot consumption has been linked with reduced risk of cancer and heart disease, and improved eye health. They may be a valuable component of an effective weight loss diet.

Goji Berries* Research suggests that goji berries can help you feel better and boost your health. Their health benefits seem to be particularly helpful for older adults. But claims about their ability to reduce arthritis pain and their anti-cancer effects need more clinical evidence.

Coconut* water is found in young coconuts and a good source of fiber, vitamin C and several important minerals. Coconut water contains antioxidants that protect your cells from damage caused by free radicals.
