When anyone asks, “ what are the best nutrients to help to strengthen the immune system?”
The first thing that comes to mind is Vitamin C.

With our current crisis, there are research papers coming out of China showing that they have been extremely successful using high high doses of Vitamin C in the hospitals. They’re doing IV’s of Vitamin C, 10,000 to 50,000 units when people are really really sick, and it’s helping dramatically.

Most of us don’t have access to IV’s of Vitamin C but we want to take Vitamin C every day. There is a form of Vitamin C that you get so much more bang for your buck and it is called “liposomal.” What that means is it carries the Vitamin C into your tissue. So, when you take 500 mg of Vitamin C, if it’s liposomal Vitamin C, your bloodstream thinks that you’ve gotten 2500 mg, five times as much. So, you’re getting a little higher dosages with standard dosing of Vitamin C, if it’s delivered in a liposomal system.

So, liposomal Vitamin C is a great product to take. Now, couple that with drops of Vitamin D. The drops that we talk about are called “micellized” Vitamin D which is a smaller form and it’s absorbed so much better than other forms of Vitamin D. You put those two together and you’ve got a great one/two punch dealing with supporting your immune system to knock out whatever it is that is trying to fight.
