Multivitamin Recipe Smoothie

Palak or Spinach Raita is a very healthy raita because of the spinach which has lots of health benefits. It is also a simple and quick raita to make.

In fact, most of the raitas hardly take much time to prepare and because of the raw vegetables added mostly, they are quite healthy too.

In this raita palak is boiled first before adding to the dahi or yogurt. You can check out my other raita recipes.

Chop the palak and wash it well under running water to remove soil etc.
Boil it till it turns soft. It should take about 10 minutes. Let it cool down.
Now blend dahi to make it smooth and free of lumps.
Add the palak and all the spices.
Mix throughly.
