Vlog #2 – Natural Vitamin Pre-Workout Supplements for more Energy!

I’m currently 3 weeks out from my NPC bikini competition! I give an little update of my progress so far (Arghh the video quality isn’t very clear so you can’t see as much of the striations lol!), talk a little about my macros, what I’ve been doing at the gym.

More importantly, I have started taking garlic and green tea extract supplement pills and have found that it works WONDERS for me. I’ve been extremely exhausted and tired for the past few weeks, but since I’ve been taking these cheap, healthy, and natural supplements, I’ve been able to get a surprisingly LOT more energy during my workouts and throughout the day. I got them really cheap at Grocery Outlet, and it’s been working as my pre-workout for the past week. Loving it so far 🙂
