â—‹ 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
â—‹ 1/2 banana
â—‹ 1tbsp lemon juice
â—‹ 1 tsp green blend (Adds 9 alkalizing and detoxifying superfoods)
â—‹ 1 tsp wave blend (Adds 6 nutrient packed superfoods and a cinnamon flavour)
â—‹ 1 cup water
DIRECTIONS:
1. Place all ingredients in high-speed blender.
