Dr. Arndt spent his formative years in his home state of New Jersey, before moving to up-state New York to attend Ithaca College. After transferring to UCLA, Dr. Arndt graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology, with a specialty in Exercise Physiology in 1981.
