This is how I stay fit at 38.
First, I try to avoid food that destroys the cells in my body, so no seed oils, fortified or enriched foods, and i don’t drink alcohol.
I eat about 1-2 pounds of beef every day and I also drink a lot of bone broth and eat beef gelatin to balance my amino acids.
I also eat fruit, raw beef liver, raw dairy, raw honey, and eggs
My daily goal is to hit all my vitamin and mineral targets with real food because nutrient deficiencies destroy your body’s ability to produce energy and they impair hormone function.
Blue blocker glasses, circadian friendly lights, grounding daily, and getting a lot of sunlight helps support my circadian rhythm, which helps me sleep better at night.
I also walk a lot, try to lift weights 3 times per week, and golf when ever humanly possible, unless I’m playing with these two kiddos
