Pehle hum baat karenge sleep ki jise ki manage karna bht easy h.
1) The sleep part is pretty easy. Sleep is critical and you should be shooting for 8 hours nightly. Sleep deprivation is a disaster for your immune health. If you can’t sleep, nap. If you can’t nap, meditate. If you can’t meditate, do anything you can to rest and recover.
2) Stress :- Itna to sabko pata hoga hi ki stress ka koi benefit nahi h. iske sirf nuksan hi hain.ab baat ye hai ki stress dur kaise hoga. Best method hai stress management ka “exercise”. Hamare pass hamesa ye excuse hota h ki mere pass time nahi h. but abhi hum sab log ghar pe hain aur next 2 weeks tak most of the offices ne wfh de rakha h ya wo closed hain to hum log kyun na daily 20-30 mins apne workout ko de. Aap hamara home workout video dekh sakte hain aur use follow kar sakte hain. Yaad rakhiye ki ye small steps aapko n apko family ko ane wale isi tarah ke virus se protect karne me help karega.
3) Sugar : Regulate your sugar consumption.
