My Supplements, Superfoods and Teas



As I navigate challenging times with my mum’s declining health, lots of travel from Sydney to London and a house move, I’m really focusing on my gut health, supporting my adrenals, and ensuring I optimise my detox pathways. While I always rely on my gut-healthy diet – during times like this, I also support my health with very high-quality supplements. Not all supplements are equal, and you can see that with some of these prices! These aren’t all supplements but superfoods and teas. It all makes a big difference.Here’s a breakdown of what I’m currently taking:

1. Spirulina & Barley Grass Juice Powder: Nature’s best multivitamin, full of essential nutrients to boost my overall health. Add these to my smoothies every morning.

2. Dulse Flakes or Nori Flakes: Great for providing iodine, which supports thyroid function and overall metabolism. In my smoothies again.

3. Zinc: Helps with immune function, healing, and maintaining my skin health. 5 times a week.

4. B12: Essential for energy production, brain health, and maintaining healthy nerve cells. 5 times a week.

5. Lemon Balm: Supports my immunity and helps to soothe and calm my nervous system. Every other day.

6. Adrenergy Forte and Ad Restore: These are my go-to supplements to support my adrenal glands, especially during stressful times. 5 times a week.

7. Vitamin D: Since I’m travelling a lot and spending more time indoors, this helps keep my bones strong and supports my immune system. Even other day.

8. Toxaprevent: Important for detoxifying and binding to toxins in the gut, helping to prevent their absorption. 1 – 2 times per week.

9. VegNAC: Helpful with liver support and enhancing detoxification processes in my body. 5 times a week.

10. Roasted Dandelion Tea: Amazing during times of stress thanks to its liver-supporting and detoxifying properties. When I remember!

Normally I just take 2 – 3 supplements a day. But currently a lot is going on so this is a temporary but needed measure.
