I Maxed Out EVERY Vitamin and Mineral on a Carnivore Diet – Day 18

Hitting my max on every vitamin and mineral we need to thrive eating only animal products!!

Series Details:
Follow along as I try my best to make the carnivore diet as balanced and nutritionally complete as possible using only animal products!
For the next 30 days, I will be documenting what me and my dog eat every single day after 5 years on the carnivore diet. I am tracking, documenting, and sharing everything we consume, to include full cost and nutritional breakdowns.

I am eating exactly as I would for the first week or two, and will gradually begin to introduce variation to the diet, trying out different meats and animal products to determine the impact these foods have on my daily nutrient intake.

After some experimentation, we will take what we’ve learned and apply it to the remaining days and weeks to try to optimize the diet and make it as nutritionally balanced and complete as possible to see if we can develop a way of eating that contains all of the essential vitamins and minerals required for us to thrive, using only carnivore foods.
