“Carnivore” diet:
* 1 cup black coffee
* 1 cup raw, whole milk
* 10 large eggs
* 4 Tbsp butter
* 250g ribeye
* 4 small lamb loin chops
* 2 Tbsp beef tallow
* Supplements: 11g Primal Kitchen Grass Fed Collagen, 6 capsules of Ancestral Supplements Grass Fed Beef Organs

Nutrients that are lacking:
* Vitamin B1
* Folate
* Vitamin C
* Vitamin E
* Vitamin K
* Vitamin D
* Calcium
* Magnesium
* Manganese
* Potassium
