How to BOOST / STRENGTHEN immunity?
It has been panic situation since last 3-4 months as COVID-19 has spreaded all over the world.Simillar situation were there when SPANISH FLU had spreaded all over the world in 1918 and about 5-10 crore people were died.
Just prior to that , there was WORLD WAR I . Transportstion of all thing were stopped. peple had to eat preseved foods and in general low nutrient food. Because of this war like stressful situation and low nutrient diet for long period of time, people suffered from LOW IMMUNITY. And it helped SPANISH FLU to spread all over the world.
In order to servive from this life threatening situations (COVID-19), we have to strengthen our IMMUNITY. So that our body can fight against such many BACTERIAS , VIRUSES, FUNGI and MANY OTHER PATHOGENS.
IMMUNE word got derived from latin word ” IMMUNUS” means EXEMPT FROM PUBLIC SERVICES i.e. PROTECTED AGAINST DISEASES .
Factors which weaken immunity are –
First, LOW NUTRIENT FOOD – healthy diet should contains VITAMINS , TRACE MINERALS – Fe, Cu, Zn, Se, Mn ect, MINERALS – Na, Cl, K, Mg, Ca etc. , AMINO ACIDS and FATTY ACIDS. Body defends mechanism depends on these nutrients.
Second, STRESS – stress for long period of time lowers immunity.
Third , LOW SLEEP – everyone requires at least 7-8 hrs sleep. Sleep is required for repairing body. Lack of sleep increases stress and stress lowers immunity.
Fourth, HIGH GLUCOSE – few types of viruses grow on glucose. So Healthy Keto Diet and Intermittent Fasting help to improove immunity.
Factors which strengthen immunity are –
First, VITAMIN ‘C’ – It increases WBC production. It gets stored in adrenal glands which are present at superior to the kidneys. Vit- C hepls in adrenal hormones production. Sources- cabbage, Bell peppers, Berries, Grean Leafy vegitables etc.
