Which Protein Powder Is Best?



Whey protein is probably #1 on the list with pea protein as a close second. If you intend to use either regularly, try to go flavor-free and zero added anything. Just mix it with water and chug it down.

What about all the other protein options? Most will introduce you to the wild world of disaster pants, bloating, gas, indigestion and allergies.
