If you want to see the full results from your creatine supplement within about 5 days then you can perform a creatine loading phase (3-5g taken 4x daily), or you can just take a single 3-5g daily dose and you’ll be at the same point within around 3 weeks. How you use this bodybuilding supplement is ultimately up to you, but just keep in mind that loading will cost you a bit more (nothing too significant, but creatine prices have sharply increased in recent months) and it also increases the chances for GI discomfort. As @andrewburgessfit mentions here, unless you have some specific need for it then most people will be best off to just take a normal daily dose and skip the loading. Also remember to stick to basic creatine monohydrate (you don’t need any fancy forms like creatine hydrochloride, buffered creatine, creatine ethyl ester etc.) and that the specific timing of your creatine just comes down to preference.
