Some literature and articles indicate a possible vitamin A toxicity (hypervitaminosis A) from consuming cod liver oil. Cod liver oil is consumed for omega 3, vitamin A, and vitamin D. In this talk we will go over the possibility of the toxicity from the cod liver oil and review some literature.
