So as promised, Iām bringing Part 2 of my vitamin regulations video! It took me some time to post this video because I had to do extensive research before filming this. This is NOT a drama video or a video to bash Tati. The purpose of this video is to inform people on how the regulations work and this information can be applied to every other vitamin companies out there. I’ve worked with my husband who is a licensed pharmacist to bring you the most concise information š
Disclaimer: If you have a diagnosed vitamin deficiency then a supplement of that specific vitamin will probably be beneficial for you. But you might not need a product that contains multiple different ingredients/vitamins that don’t have enough evidence to support a their claim.
Disclaimer 2: I am not a healthcare professional so I am not here to talk about how you should take the vitamins or which drugs/supplements/herbs you should avoid while taking her product. However, be aware that I did find a few interactions with her product. Some of her ingredients could, in theory, interact with each other.. There could also be some potential interactions with other drugs. Talk to a healthcare professional! š
Disclaimer 3: After more research, I found that saw palmetto might have antiestrogenic effects. Theoretically, concomitant use with saw palmetto might interfere with contraceptive drugs.
