Going to be using as a pre-workout now if you’ve been following this you know that I have sometimes I’ll do my workouts completely fasted I’ll just take some electrolytes and then sometimes especially like usually on legs and like back uh those are usually the definitely the two lips I like to

Take a Pre-K work out with I’ll take a scoop of protein and some Rand you know beta alanine some other stuff and then I started playing with some uh honey a while back and I love it and so I don’t do it every time and my my thought

Process is I’m training my body to work out facid and burn fat for fuel and then that man that 10 15 grams of [ __ ] carbs when you’re deep ketosis like that shit’s like crap bro that’s like you know and then that’s it but that’s all I’ll have you know I’ll have

That and then I’ll have nothing afterwards nothing as many as garlic ginger and some other things that’s like medicine to me and then I love garlic I I’ll eat the [ __ ] out of garlic especially with my rose and uh that’s really the that’s the only carbs I’ve had

Is for like almost I think 30 days now has been nothing but garlic jalapenos onions and honey and then my pre-workout that’s it that’s the only carbs I’ve had so I like this I’ve never done that I’ve never had this I’ve never made this all

Right so this is simple enough I do got an onion and some ginger here one of them we going to make with uh just Ginger or we’re going to put ginger and honey these have been washed and nothing fancy just hot soapy water yeah it’s real simple for the ones that are just

Going to have garlic just take the garlic boom it’s a fresh bag so it shouldn’t have any issues so I’m going just fill these about three now I’m going do just cut this onion real quick papalski bam boom just like that kapow there we go there we go

Oh this is some strong pungent garlic this isn’t your Walmart spice worldl garlic I can tell you that much all right and this I’m just kind of filling it up to I think the the rim and then I’ll add more if I need to we’re going to uh scientifically

Clean this make sure there’s no bacteria on anything because uh the microbes that’s already in the honey and the garlic are not strong enough to overpower any random goofy things now now what we’re going to do we’re going to turn this upside down and that’s how you got to kind of

Mix it at First but again this will get more liquidy and uh like I said I may add more honey to it tomorrow going have more Hy to this one and now I’ve never done this before but I have fermented before and a lot of place a lot of them will say to

Only fill it to that but I’m not worried about that you just loose the leave the lid loose and that acts as like a if you leave the lid like that it’ll act as a whatever a fermentor thingy because they the pressure will build and it’ll push this

Up but only enough for the gas the carbon dioxide to let out but not nothing come in so you don’t have to do all that it’ll just leave the lid like That now obviously I’m not doing that right now cuz I’m trying to get this mixed and again we’re just see like that we’re just setting it down and we’re leaving the lid like that that’s going to keep anything from getting in but when this gas and pressure builds up it’ll pop this up

Just enough for that carbon dioxide to come out and then but nothing to get in there just remember that when you go to grab it don’t grab it and shake it and then Boop that goes everywhere all right now we just put this in the dark cool

Place and then in about 30 days we’re going to have good fermented honey you just want to burp this even though it’s still loose you want to turn it over and then uh burp it once a day we’re not done Tada and that my friends is 100% finished fermented hot

Sauce and I think after my workout I’m going to have to make an omelette to try this ooh that smells Good I think this has been a week since we did this oh that’s so good oh [ __ ] me that’s good I don’t even need vinegar that doesn’t need anything that’s perfect oh sweet Lord that’s Jesus that’s so good bro let me wipe that off oh that is delicious
