It’s self-care Sunday! Were you active today? Although I usually only make it to the gym one to do to two days per week I do work out 4 to 5 days a week total with homework workouts. Most come from Instagram academy! I’ll tag my fav gym accounts!

My daily vitamins that I take is a women’s multivitamin along with D3 plus K2. Black people are notoriously known for having low vitamin D. Did you know that having low vitamin D can make you feel like you’re depressed even if you aren’t it’s important to get a blood panel And allow your doctor to tell you which meds are best for you based off of your own deficiencies. Also work really hard to get alleviate some of those with the right fruits and veggies!

When it comes to collagen, there are no scientific studies backing if it actually works, but whether it’s placebo or in real life, I feel like i notice a difference when I am taking the daily collagen supplements. You can get very gelatinous so drink quickly unless that doesn’t bother you, but it makes me gag if I wait too long.

When it comes to high protein, I try to limit 50 g or less in liquid protein form. Then my other 80-90 g in meals. that’s if I’m actually eating for the day which sometimes I struggle if I’m very busy do not be like me you will lose your booty gains! Eating three meals is important!

If you’re just throwing out with kombucha or a probiotic, just hang tight and stay at home because You will need a toilet close by lol profit for cleaning out the gut and overall gut health. Have a very sensitive gut biome so it’s important for me to make sure that it’s balanced. You can also just take shots of apple cider vinegar but that’s not for the week. Be careful if you struggle with reflux. This may not be the best option for you.

It’s self-care Sunday and we’re on that skinny BBL maintenance grind at the gym in a shocking tour of events I randomly turned into a home body in like 20123 but as a surgery girly who barely likes going to the gym I do love my results so that’s motivation enough for me to show

Up it’s a major boost for my mental especially when I have a crazy recording or editing week always make sure to show up for yourself I had to get my tofy and run up out of there the way that I pop these daily vitamins and pose you think

That I was a rapper post gym session it’s all about that protein collagen combo for juicy booties and supple skin always got to make sure to have my probiotic or kombucha to keep that tummy flat beware if you’re new to this if you know you know and of course high protein
