Make Your Own Vitamin and Mineral Supplement

This recipe is delicious and versatile.
You will love it, I promise and get essential vitamins and minerals needed for you naturally.
Dried fruits are widely used for health, nutrition, and sports as the prevention of various diseases. Add to it nuts and honey!!!

The recipe:
Get equal amounts of Dried fruits*, such as:
– Prunes
– Apricots
– Raisins
– Figs
– Walnuts
– Honey (or Natural Fruit Jam or omit)
Optional: Lemon or/and Orange (remove the seeds) if using organic, use with the peel.
(For Ex. 200 g of each dried fruit, 200 g walnuts, 4 tbsp honey).

*Make sure your dried fruits have no sulfated or oil added. Honey should be raw and unpasteurized.
*Make sure you are not allergic to any of the ingredients!!!

Just soak the dried fruits and mix all the ingredients as shown in the video (or make energy candies) and enjoy!!!
Store in the refrigerator.

Take 1-2 Tbsp 2-3 times a day. Children take 1 tsp 1-2 times a day.
