Before consuming any supplement or random herb for bodybuilding or fat loss, ask yourself first:
1. Do you eat at least 120-150g of protein daily?
2. Do you sleep 7-8 hours in the night?
3. Do you exercise daily and keep yourself active throughout the day?
4. Do you drink enough water daily?
If any of the answers above is “No”, first fix that, and do that consistently for 3 months. And think about taking a supplement.
