#healthyfood #Vitamin D #Boost your Immune System

Citrus fruits (oranges and lemons), strawberries, kiwi, bell peppers, and broccoli all contain vitamin C (ascorbic acid). It strengthens the immune system and improves skin health.
Vitamin E (tocopherol) is found in nuts, seeds, spinach, and vegetable oils (such as sunflower oil). It protects cell membranes from oxidative damage.
Vitamin A (beta-carotene) is found in carrots, sweet potatoes, spinach, kale, and mangoes. It’s necessary for eyesight, skin health, and immunological function.
Vitamin D: Aside from its involvement in calcium absorption and bone health, vitamin D has antioxidant qualities. It may be gained by sun exposure, fatty fish, and fortified dairy products.
