So when I first started training I actually had to back down my leg training you said three years you didn’t work on your leg so that your upper body catch up and that was I remember even in high school having trouble fitting jeans that’s usually the hardest body part to
Build yeah and I was a huge squ I mean I think I squatted 700 at 19 you know it was just genetically a gift for me so this is a prime example of why you shouldn’t rely on training advice from bodybuilders based purely on their physique and this applies to both
Enhanced and natural lifters because when someone has an especially freaky body part usually it’s not the result of some specific exercise or lifting technique or volume and frequency protocol they used those things can obviously play a role okay I’m not saying to Discount anecdotes completely but more often than not that muscle
Group is also just a genetic strong point for that person you don’t want to fall into the Trap of thinking this guy has huge quads and trains like this therefore that’s the best way to train quads and I should do it too by all means follow your favorite bodybuilders
And test out different things to see how it goes for you but just remember that some people will be able to grow certain body parts extremely well no matter what they do just based off of genetics alone
