Can aim for 15 to 20% if you’re power users you know you’ve got a strong Skin Barrier hello 20% and above so now you can choose which form of vitamin C may be good for you so I had to work up from the Esters to the Elis goric form
Because I definitely want to work on the pigmentation that I have on my skin and it’s gotten better but I know that I’ve had a lot of sun damage so I love the outdoors but because you love the outdoors you also have to love your skin more

He’s not really a villain he’s just got his own objectives different goals from The Avengers team and so they will Clash so when you have vitamin C with other skincare products that Clash they cause disruptions or irritations when should I use my vitamin C I usually like to use
My El ascorbic acid form in the daytime before my sunscreen so my routine is wash my face let it dry and then apply Vitamin C if I do have some water on my face aloric acid will be less effective because water will make will break it
Down a little bit so I want to make sure I do it on dry skin and then let it set for a minute and then I put my sunscreen on if you want to add a moisturizer you can but I don’t need to add that much
Into my daytime routine if you are using a lower percentage vitamin C then you can break it up into daytime and night time so let’s say the Ester forms are more stable uh less fickle so you can use it in the daytime before sunscreen and then you can also use it at night
Time to allow the vitamin C to work better for you so the key is to have an assemble a bunch of skincare ingredients that work well with each other so it ensures that you have have an effective skincare routine in the palm of your hands
