Great potential of vitamin D3 for psoriasis
One of the most frequently asked questions among psoriasis patients takes center stage: How much vitamin D3 should be taken? Delving into a study conducted on nine different psoriasis patients, where they were administered 35,000 IUs of vitamin D3 alongside a low-calcium diet for a span of six months, the results were astounding. Every single patient witnessed a significant reduction in the size of their psoriasis, with some even experiencing complete remission.

Hey guys one of the number one questions I get with patients with psoriasis is how much vitamin D3 I should take most people know they should but how much they did a study where they took 35 000 IUS nine different psoriasis patients and 35 000 IUS they put them on a low
Calcium diet and through that process of six months have been 35 000 IUS guess what all the patients with psoriasis had a significant change in the size of their psoriasis and actually many of them are going away just 35 000 IUS and so that’s a significant amount of
Vitamin D3 I’m not saying to do that but you do want it to be at a higher level than you’re usually thinking so anywhere from 10 to 15 000 IUS is a great starting point and then go get your vitamin D3 levels checked
