Ability or pharmacists to dispense and so the problem with pharmacological basis of a lot of these things is that they have to be delivered to your local pharmacy for you to have the benefit of it and in another pandemic that’s not going to be available what I really like
About number two and number three here is that those things are not limited in those situations so understanding sunlight hydrotherapy I think are really key and that’s why I’ve been a proponent of those two interventions
