I have been religiously taking Whey, Creatine monohydrate, bcaas, fish oil, garlic, zinc and magnesium every single day in addition to vitamin c and vitamin d whenever I don’t get the proper nutrients needed for that day. I can honestly say I have yet to seriously get sick or ill in any major way. Minor colds come here and there, however my body is able to fight it off quickly. I can’t even remember the last time I was very sick.
