Feel the time I’m coming cuz I feel it  so strong I’ve been on hold long baby   don’t you feel the time are calling when it  feels so right to dance in the mo i b with you sometimes we are

Struggle but when the sun’s my face morning guys  welcome back to my channel welcome back to a new   Vlog if you’re new here we are not long now until  Christmas we are not long until Christmas like  

You guys must be proud of me for my consistency  as well because I see it through okay I see you   through anyways I’m about to make myself some  breakfast this morning I’m very hungry and I’m  

Feeling for like beans and toast type of vibe so  that’s what I’m going to do for breakfast this   morning but I need to go in and kind of like  take my little supplements first or my little  

Morning drinks that I normally have and I’m just  going to show you guys that as well and about my   vitamins that I take as well but I’m just going  to make my juice first to be fair let me grab a  

Mug I need to pop out after this and pop to the  shops as well I kind of want to grab like a few   bit before it’s like get crazy outside um so  I think I’m going to use the time to do that  

To be fair I am kind of working from home today  but we kind of finish early today well not kind   of we finished early today so I’m going to like  see if I can do that as well but I don’t want to  

Stay there like too too late I just want to  pop to the shop and come back and grab what   I need so I’m going to probably do like a list  type of thing and get that anyways I’ve had some  

Water in my glass here I’m just going to go in  and take my greens this really helps with like   bloating and stuff and it also helps me to get my  Greens in because girl I really don’t be eating my  

Greens so this kind of give me a piece of mind  to say at least I’m drinking my greens so I’m   going to just take a spoon of this and this  is kind of like the mango flavor it’s really  

Really really good I’m probably going to have  this lost actually cuz I need to take another   drink which is hot I don’t want to do cold  and then hot but I don’t mind doing hot then

Cold I start taking these I start drinking these  bone broth since they sent it to me um I haven’t   like take any pictures of before and after to kind  of like track any difference yet but I just take  

It because I know it have like health benefits  let me read the health benefits that they send   there first of all the specs this is the beef kind  and this has like 20 G of protein in there and 17  

G of collagen I do have separate collagen that  I take and like my gym supplement I might show   you my gym supplements as well just to show you  guys that what I take for the gym and stuff but  

I’ll just have these F let me just pull up the  specs so I can tell you guys so bone broth this   is the beef kind like I mentioned to you guys  and bone broth is known to support goth health  

So same basically like the greens that I’m taking  um immune Sy it boost immune system and it Aid in   weight loss and support skin but I don’t want to  lose weight or anything anything so that does is  

Not like a benefit for me but it aids in it if  that’s like what you want to work towards maybe   do your research um and it also supports skin hair  and nails any support for my skin hair and nails  

Like please give it to me talk about Nails I need  to get my nails done should I go to the nail shop   I need to get my nails done I was thinking to take  them off um and kind of like give my nails a Break  

Even though these are my nails but I have gel on  top I also have gel at home I was thinking to like   give it a Break um during the winter time and then  summer time to kind of like do my nails so that’s  

What I was thinking behind it um I was thinking  that last I was like I think of it in the summer   and I’m like it’s summer time now I don’t want to  have no Nails in summer but I don’t mind having  

No Nails in Winter just to kind of like give my  break my nails a break kind of like half the year   so I might do that but then I my birthday is next  month I also kind of want to have nails so maybe I  

Should do it next month but I do need to get my  nails done they’re not bad they literally just   have like a little bit of um space underneath so  I could wait until after Christmas to do it since  

I’m not really doing anything like over the top  um but yeah I’ll think about it anyway so that’s   the benefit out of brown broth it’s also good  I have like a chicken flavor as well I did show  

You guys in my previous Vlog um but I do like  the chicken flavor oh this is thick my fridge   Be Wild I do like the chicken flavor because the  flavor comes out a bit more to me for the beef I  

Think it’s a little bit too fresh so I might add  some salt I might add some salt in there so I’ll   just put it in the microwave and just basically  drink it like a soup I need to turn my fridge

Down I’m going to add some salt  to this like I said it’s just a   little bit fresh just a little bit  of salt I’m not going to go crazy oh yeah that is so much better when it comes out  to my gym supplements I don’t really go crazy like  

To be fair I kind of want to be mindful of what  I’m also putting into my body and stuff so I don’t   go crazy so I will do I have like vitamin C and  collagen powder here I haven’t had this in a while  

Because I like mixing it with my protein shake and  I don’t have any protein powder so I need to buy   some protein powder but I’m going to buy protein  powder after Christmas when I can get sale I mean  

I could do it Black Friday but I miss the Black  Friday sale because I didn’t really do that much   shopping and I just couldn’t be asked you know so  I don’t know why I’m spring so I’m going to do I’m  

Going to buy more protein powder after Christmas  so I can get sale so I can mix my stuff in there   because with my supplements I normally just put  everything in my protein shake and just have it  

At once so that’s what I’m going to do so this  is collagen and vitamin C prodder again this one   is from bulk and I also do um glutamine as well  again I just put it in the shake with the with the  

Vitamin C and the collagen with the protein powder  and I do run out of say creatine I do take catin   sometimes as well you may take it every day but I  don’t take it every day I just take it when I can  

Remember or when I’m like making like a not even  like a pre-workout because I back my pre-workout   these days so when I have like a protein shake  again I will just put everything in one so that’s   when I’ll take my creatin which normally I  do take the protein shake after the gym so  

On days where I don’t go to the gym I just don’t  take it and I also do this pre-workout which is   very good the flavor is so nice and you also get  a lot of like Boost from it but I only take this  

On days where I feel like I need it so on days  where I’m like leaving work and I’m like super   super tired tired to the point where I’m like I’m  just going to go home I make sure I take that I’ll  

Have like a scoop and then that will just give me  so much energy to work out so normally again I’ll   just back it I tried drinking it once with the  with the water it doesn’t work as quick so I was  

Like let me just back the powder chug some water  after it and have it and that’s basically what I   do in terms of like gym supplements I’ve got my  mango greens to take honestly this greens is so  

So good I mentioned to you guys that I’ve had  another greens before and I couldn’t even take   a sip of it because of how disgusting it was but  this I can drink it taste like juice I’m going to  

Take my vitamins normally for my vitamins I just  go to the shop I haven’t been to like a doctor or   anything to tell me what vitamins I need maybe I  need to do that so they can tell me like what I’m  

Lacking just so they can kind of like I can kind  of like buy vitamins based of that I just go based   off what I feel like girl I’m always tired so I  grab me myself some iron to make sure that is in  

My thing and I’m also taking fish oil and then um  probiotics as well for the gut and I’m taking like   a multivitamin so this kind of have like a little  bit of everything in there but it’s not like high  

Dosage of each but at least I get like a little  bit of everything so this is what I’m taking   for now but it’s winter time so I need to get my  vitamin D cuz I’m not really getting any sun here  

As well so we need to make sure that we’re taking  vitamin D I’m going to like take these quickly breakfast is done it’s honestly looking so good   beans eggs on a slice of toast with  some butter I’m going to like devour

This I honestly feel so sleepy after having that  I’m not going to lie I could really like take a   quick nap but I don’t want to know once you  take a nap in the middle of the day it’s like  

Yeah anyways I’m going to open Advent calendars  we don’t have that much less to be fair I’m going   to open KS we’re doing day 21 and 22 ooh this is  21 kils this is a um colindale herbal extraction  

Toner it’s alcohol free so that’s what that one  is looking like and then we have day 22 this is   heavy ooh I got another Ultra facial cream I’m  almost out of this as well so perfect timing  

With getting um another one and for revolution  day 21 is this a pencil please let it be brown   o uh finally we’ve got a medium brown oh it’s  not going to work for me maybe it will work  

For the lips this is a brow pencil but it’s  in medium brown it’s definitely not for my   eyebrow um I do like a dark like a brown black  for my eyebrows but I can use this as like a lip  

Liner and then you have day 22 it’s just like  a little mirror which I can keep in my little   pouch in my bag which is cute that will come in  handy for sure okay so that’s day 21 and day 22  

I’m really like enjoy opening these honestly  even though we’re almost finished I do enjoy   opening them so this Vlog might be a little bit  of a short one um but I will see you guys on
