It’s important to realize that magnesium affects our hormones, metabolism, triglycerides, and cholesterol, among many other biochemical processes.

It also keeps your bones strong and can prevent plaque in the arteries. Ensure you’re getting enough magnesium, and don’t forget to take vitamin D, calcium, phosphorus, and many other nutrients.
