about the routine
my workout plan consists of a lot of exercise which engages abs,chest , glutes , arms and ham muscles and is ideal for beginners
if your at intermediate or at advance level you can just increase the number of times each exercise was done and you will be good to go.
after the exercise, you must drink a glass of warm lime water . It will keep your body hydrated and will give you a lot of vitamin c which is very good for your during covid_19.
