Pyrroloquinoline Quinone, also known as PQQ or Methoxatin, is a nutrient with vitamin-like properties and naturally exists in soil and in various foods such as spinach, kiwi, papaya, fermented soybeans, parsley, oranges, tomatoes, dark chocolate, green tea and in breast milk. It was discovered in 1964.
