LEMON RICE/ VITAMIN-C RICH/ TRAVEL FOOD/ FOOD VOCABULARY

Today we will learn how to make tasty Lemon Rice which is a South Indian dish which can be served with pickle. It can be also eaten without anything.

2. Lemon juice – from 1 lemon
3. Mustard – 1/2 tsp
4. Urad dal – 1 tsp
5. Spices (such as whole chilly, chilly & turmeric powder)
6. Oil – 4 tbsp
