Low Vitamin D levels found to be associated with Long COVID Syndrome in a new study. There has been a lot of attention on Vitamin D levels and acute COVID-19 illness with associations being found with mortality, severity of disease, and etc. Although studies looking at treating acute COVID-19 with Vitamin D have not been as rewarding. With the huge number of people suffering from Long COVID Syndrome, there has been a shift in attention in whether Vitamin D plays a role in Long COVID syndrome. A new study found an association between low Vitamin D levels and incidence of Long COVID.
