Here in this video, I’ll show you how to increase the natural intake of Vitamin D just by exposing mushrooms to sunlight. Mushrooms contain a very low level of vitamin D. but their vitamin D levels can be boosted several times by simply drying them in sunlight.

SCIENTIFIC STUDIES have shown when fresh button mushrooms were deliberately exposed to midday sunlight for 15–120 min, they generate significant amounts of vitamin D2. Mushrooms absorb the UV B rays of sunlight to make Vitamin D2 from a precursor called ergosterol. Vit D2 is bioavailable in the human body.
