The first vitamin which can help you in boosting your immune system is “Vitamin C.”

Vitamin C can help you in fighting against infections. At first, everyone thinks that only citrus fruits are a source of vitamin C. But I want you to know that there are some other sources too for vitamin C. These are spinach, bell peppers, brussels sprouts, strawberries, and papaya. Vitamin C is easily available and is the best one for making your immune system strong.

But always make sure to consult with your doctor before taking these foods. Actually, It is necessary to do so, because a doctor can tell you about the right quantity which is required by your body, after examining it.

The second important vitamin that you must take is ” Vitamin E.”
