FIRST thing in the morning:
• SULFORAPHANE:
glucoraphanin & myrosinase supplement (gets converted in your body to ~16mg sulforaphane) only on rest days
AFTER a quick workout & shower:
• VITAMIN K2 MK-7
45μg daily
• VITAMIN D3:
3,000 IU daily depending on season and blood test levels
• OMEGA-3 (DHA/EPA)
2 grams (two capsules) daily
• TRANS-RESVERATROL:
1 gram in the morning with yogurt only on rest days
• NIACIN:
1 gram every morning
• NICOTINAMIDE
100mg every morning
• TRIMETHYLGLYCINE (TMG)
500mg every morning
DINNER:
• METFORMIN:
1 gram with dinner only on rest days
Prescription medication
NIGHT:
• MELATONIN
300mcg one hour before trying to sleep
• MAGNESIUM
500mg one hour before trying to sleep
ONCE I can afford it:
• NICOTINAMIDE MONONUCLEOTIDE (NMN)
1 gram every morning
• Will stop Nicotinamide
