Today I’m presenting a kiwi and banana smoothie which is very nutritious and high in vitamin C. Vitamin C boosts immune system and makes your skin glow ..
Ingredients:
5 kiwis
2 bananas ( I used 5 tiny bananas)
1 cup vanilla ice cream ( can be replaced with milk)
2 tbsp cream
A bunch of fresh mint
Chia seeds
