Recommendations –

Day 1 & 2
Drink 1 glass of water (250 ml) with each meal
No other liquid to be taken except water with meals
No fruits and salad
No milk products
Normal food

Walk and rest
5 minute walk after every 30 minutes
After 5 minutes walk rest in bed for 5 minutes
Rest of the time Do any thing

Total water intake on day 1 and day 2 – 750 ml

Day 3
4 liters of water. 1 glass after each hour.
Normal food

Walk and rest
5 minute walk after every 30 minutes
After 5 minutes walk rest in bed for 5 minutes
Rest of the time Do any thing

Day 4
No food
No liquid

5 minute walk
After 5 minutes walk rest in bed for 5 minutes
Repeat for 1 hour

After 1 hour of walk and rest, complete 1 hour bed rest.

Repeat these 2 hours entire day.

Walk and rest will give you extra energy. Extra energy will help in head aches and constipation as well.
