B. Speed Strength 9-5, perform 4 sets, as fast as you can while maintaining perfect form.
9 – high pulls
8 – overhead press
7 – squat
6- lateral lunges (on each side)
5 – plank rows (on each side)

C. 7-Way Hips

D. Homework
20 squats, 10 kneegrabs, 20 swimmers
