I’ve been taking vitamin supplements for years. However, I have been doing more and more studying to see if they are even necessary or if we can get what we need by just adhering to a healthy diet? I’m now realizing I may be taking too many vitamins and need to cut back to the ones my body is missing (per blood test at my annual check up at the Dr.’s office).
