Hey guys and welcome back to Mad About Skin where today we are talking antioxidants in skincare and the best antioxidants to use with Vitamin C to deliver the best protection for the skin and some amazing anti-ageing skincare benefits.
I love antioxidants and they are a core component in my skincare routine as they protect the skin from free radical damage and prevent premature ageing. They work wonderfully with your sunscreen so protect the skin but they also layer really well with vitamin c to ensure you get the most from your skincare routine.
Vitamin C is a wonderful antioxidant in its own right but I would recommend using it with some of the other antioxidant serums on the market to double down on the benefits which you will get from it.
