CROSS TRAINING DAY | BACK TO THE GYM, VITAMIN INFUSION



CROSS TRAINING is vital in a runner’s life! Started my day with a high protein breakfast & went back to the gym! I took a day off running & did a spin bike workout. This gym vlog (gym day) shoes me cross training on a spin bike, using dumbells for my arms, doing cable rows & using exercise bands for glute day! I got an immune booster with a vitamin infusion later that day! My immune system was “wrecked” post Covid!

ABOUT ME: I am a FITNESS and RUNNING GURU! I have a Masters in Coaching and Athletic Administration, a Bachelors in Exercise Sport Science and I am a Licensed Physical Therapist Asst. I LOVE everything that has to do with strengthening the body and improving its function!
