Make this Immune Boosting Drink/ Best Vitamins/ Prepare to Fight Viruses



Along with preparing supplies, we must prepare our body and health! It is essential to boost our immune system as we go in to Winter. This immune boosting drink has scientifically backed ingredients to improve our health and fight the flu, colds and viruses. Recipe:
– 3 TBSP 100% Lemon Juice
– 1 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
– 1 tsp. Turmeric
– 1 tsp. Ginger
– 2 TBSP Honey (use raw honey)
– 3 cups warm water

Shake to mix and store in the refrigerator. Drink 1 cup 3 times a week, or drink daily.
